Ticket Refunds and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets except for cancelled events that are not rescheduled.
Valley Performing Arts Center Super and Series Ticket Subscribers may exchange tickets from one Super or Series Season Subscription event to another event (depending on availability) within the same Valley Performing Arts Center Season. There will be an exchange-handling fee of $5 per ticket for this service and the subscriber will not be eligible for a discount on the new tickets. No refunds are made on ticket exchanges.
A Series Subscriber receives a 20% discount on a ticket with a face value of $70 (pays $56 per ticket). The series Subscriber then decides to exchange 2 tickets for another event. The other event also has a ticket price of $70. The subscriber would pay the difference of $14 per ticket as well as the $5 per ticket exchange handling fee. The total of this transaction would then be an additional $38.
The subscriber will not be refunded the difference if the event for which they are exchanging has a lower ticket price than the original event. The $5 per ticket handling fee applies in this instance as well.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Patrons will be seated in the best available seats at the time of the exchange.
Tickets must be exchanged no later than 48 hours before the performance. Exchanges can be made in person at the Valley Performing Arts Center’s Ticket Box Office or over the phone during the normal operating hours, 11am – 4pm Tuesday through Saturday. The original tickets to be exchanged will be voided at the time of the request.
Valley Performing Arts Center Season Series subscription tickets cannot be exchanged for any event that is not part of the current regular Performing Arts Season.
