Founded in 1951, The National Acrobats of the People’s Republic of China has developed unique acrobatic acts for generations. These acts, such as “Global Motorcycling,” “Aerial Bungee Tumblings” and “Diving Through Moving Hoops,” have been enjoyed and praised by Chinese and foreign audiences alike. Now, the highly acclaimed troupe brings its newest production, Cirque Peking, to the forefront for its 2014 North American tour to once again delight audiences. The astounding production is replete with vibrant costumes, spectacular music and dance, and shocking feats of balance, strength and skill in contortionism, tumbling, juggling and plate spinning.
